Ok so I had this huge thing written and then I hit a button on the computer and it all got deleted. *sigh
In a nut shell it's been a month and I've stayed away from both the site and the scale cuz I thought that with my lack of schedule from still having no job and lack of food tracking while putting alot more junk into my body than good stuff (even if it's portion controlled) that I was going to have a gain (rather than the miraculous 5 lbs loss). But now with a week and a bit to go before my vaction (that I can't afford right now - but that would cost me more than it's worth to cancel) I'm going to start up again fresh so I can keep up with my goals!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
