weight fluctuates. that's just what it does... but overall, my loss for the month since New Year's Day is ⬇️ 1.6kg ⬇️ so I'm very happy with that!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
