I am going to get back on track starting now. My goal for this week is 164. I have to go back to the basics. Eat only three light meals and a healthy snack. Doesn't matter what I eat as long as it is light. I stop weighing myself everyday and I stop caring about how healthy I eat. Part of going back to the basics: weighing myself everyday.
