So I did the measurements for body fat and put it in a body fat calculator online. If I did the measurements right, I have 30.2 percent body fat. I need to be at 20-25 percent body fat so I have to keep pushing on. It had me measure my neck, hips and waist. I still have some work ahead of me. If I would have done this at the beginning of my journey I'm sure it would have been way more body fat, so I am making progress, just not as fast as I'd like with the body fat

I’ve had really good results (within +/- 5%) on my runcobo scale that links right into my Apple health and FatSecret weight data. Not sure if that’s on your radar, but it is a bit easier to take measurements on a regular basis to compare against the old “pinch and squeeze” method.

I'll have to look into that. Thank you. I know right now I don't have money to really by things that are expensive, because I'm struggling financially. If it's not expensive, maybe I can get it.
