"surprise" surgery kept me off my bike for over a month (training for a 100 mi century bike ride) and helped me succeed in falling off the wagon. pair that w numbness from grandma dying, and my diet is the farthest thing from my mind. excuses, excuses. i am determined to find my way BACK to the wagon next week. period.
