As the saying goes...we live and learn. From making such good progress to now seen some of the weight gained back from pigging out. I will continue to IF and restrict my calories. My ultimate weight is to be in my mid 60s but I've set little goals of 5kgs at a time. Will do a short HIIT morning workout in a faster state.
