Ok- this is my first day here. Depressed a little about weight gain. Ran a marathon 2 months ago, and ballooned up 5 pounds. I know that doesnt' sound like much but when you're only 5 feet that is a whole jeans size.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
