WOOT WOOT!!! lost about 3 lbs...and this was my first weekend trying not to binge drink! :D it went pretty well. I just want to stay consistent!!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
