I ate white bread on the weekend... this is the coming-down number. yesterday I was on 76.2... me and white bread.. love it, it doesn't love me back though 😂🙈🍞
166.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
