So, this week has sucked again. I knew it would, but that should have been no excuse. I should have planned better and actually eaten the salads that I brought instead of running down the road for some quick & extremely fattening foods.

I'm getting back on track. My weight reflects my poor choices & sedatry ways this week and I cannot gain anymore.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
