I did exercise everyday, low impact and low weight lifting. I kept calories under 1000, mostly under 800. No grains except oatmeal. Was hoping for more of a difference but am happy with the 2 lbs. Halloween is close by and I will be giving candy out. And lots of family birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up. Historically BAD time of year for me and losing weight.
