It's been tough this past 2 weeks to get out n exercise due to my recent sciatica diagnosis, but I finally got off my lazy but n strtd to get out of depression. I'm Back
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
