I don't normally record increases in my weight, but this is my first week of the diet. I have stuck to 1300cal a day and I have put on weight. Today I start Keto. previous experience tells me that I have to bring my carbs under 20g per day and also stay around 1200-1300cal. So here we go.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
