Ever so close to getting under 12 stone!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1196 kcal Fat: 53.38g | Prot: 33.76g | Carb: 144.38g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Sultana Bran with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Waitrose Lemon Cheesecake, Aldi Norpak Slightly Salted Spreadable, HP Baked Beans, Warburtons Medium Sliced White Bread (Small Loaf). Dinner: Grated Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh), Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Fusilli, Cucina Tomato & Bacon Pasta Bake. Snacks/Other: Crawford's Morning Coffee. more...
