After the eating and drinking over Christmas this was the first time I dared to get on the scales. It turns out I actually lost weight over the last month. Chuffed! 😁
171.1 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
