At the risk of seeming optimistic, I'm going to weigh in a little before a week has passed :) This past weekend, I actually ate pretty well, even though I went home and was surrounded by temptation. I still ended up gaining about a pound or so, mostly due to lack of physical activity and the occasional non-ideal decision in my diet. However, I've been back at it for a couple of days now, and I'm down 0.8 lbs, which is exciting! I haven't done any other measurements, though I'm probably going to do that tomorrow morning when I have time!

I'm really excited that I'm finally able to run again! I found some information about physical therapy options for a sprained ankle, and I've been running in short spurts for the past couple of days and my ankle still feels good! I accidentally forgot to bring my ankle brace to work today, so hopefully I don't damage my ankle walking to and from work today!

It feels good to run, but I've definitely lost some of my cardio training that I'd gained from Insanity. I'm going to keep running to try to get that back!
215.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
