Wow.... amazed with this morning's weight... deliberately stayed off the scales during the week, diet is going well with sticking to calories control, but increased the running distance 5k to 8k+ 😁
170.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
