Up again today but Im sure its water. I was just over in cals and fat, way under in carbs, and at the top of my protein range so I kinda killed it with my macs yesterday. So unless I really underestimated (very possible), Im retaining water. Thats ok, I look forward to a whoosh.
Strangely enough though, as much as I struggled all of last year, I have no desire to "throw it all away" or give up because Im not seeing immediate results. I know that mindset it ridiculous but I still fall into sometimes (2020). When I started these two challenges, I really thought at one point - I wont last a day doing this again - but here I am doing it! It hasnt even been a whole week but I feel pretty good about how its going.
Its also supposed to get up to 42 today so Ill be taking the doggos for a walk on lunch!
