I went to the spa yesterday, spent all day there and a completely liquid protein diet. That will continue today in hopes to lose more body fat. Had one training session a few days ago and I was down .40 Body Fat on that day (but salt was way up on the Tanita) regardless at the moment - Happy, happy!! Work dress already fitting better.
128.6 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
