I just bought a new scale that measures your weight and fat percentage and when I wieghed myself this is what I got. I want my old scale back. Needless to say I am a little depressed at the moment.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Hmmmmm, deep breath and come back stronger, better to know the truth now rather than later perhaps?

This is crazy! I am eating far better than I ever have in my life and I am not losing. I exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week and nothing. I am going to start the diet all over again and re-boost my metabolism and increase my workouts, maybe that will help.
