Didn't workout yesterday but had some snacks (carbs) and In-N-Out with Stephanie. Will go to the gym today for aerobic, abs, triceps, and chest.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 9.8 lb a week
