Okay Trial and error .
I changed from net carbs to carbs.

Three layer cheese toasty for lunch
Had salad for love ❤️
Had 3 cups collagen .
Fasted .
So I should try to have lunch around 12;00- 13:30
And
Supper 5:30-6:00
Eat a lot of lettuce .
144.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
