Well I jumped on the scale when I got up this morning, and 210.8 popped up. I haven't see that weight with me on the scale since 1999. So 1 week and 1 day and 1 lb, WORKS FOR ME! ! ! !
210.8 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
