Happy Tuesday everyone I hope you all have a blessed day! so last time I made an entry was 14 days ago between my chronic pain and being sick along with my thyroid issues I had put back on 5 lbs and I got discouraged! then last Friday I had an ah ha moment and realized I can't let these issues keep me from my goal of getting healthy and so I upped my A game and viola. I'm back on track, I just have to keep telling myself you can do it, you've got this!!
