No entry yesterday because I was very sick from something I ate the night of the 17th. Ran late to work, didn't shower, ate only mandarin oranges and Atkins meal bars and a Cliff 30g [protein] power bar. Felt miserable all day. Slept on it last night, and I'm right back on track today. Salmonella can be a bitch, please forgive my being so blunt, but damnnn, ya know? Yucky days should be outlawed right? Oh well. Carry on. Period. It's all I know.
