Feeling pretty good so far. Exercising 5 days a week and training for a half marathon in March. I am hoping the race gives me the extra motivation I need, plus I am doing it with friends so they hold me accountable. I can't wait to go on a date with my husband in the dress I have picked out!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
