Another week another pound. I’m only eating 700 calories per day and excercise of 45 per day. Weight loss gets tough in old age. I vow to never let things get out of control again. Finally at a respectable weight of 111. 108 goal is getting close.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
