Starting fresh. Gained 16 pounds in 3 months. I am so mad at myself, but my willpower just went out the window the last few months. I have to get it back and do this! I cannot keep gaining or I’ll be right where I started in no time.
220.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
