Back from holiday now and back to reality, not concentrating on the 12lb I've gained as I really enjoyed my holiday and all of the delicious food served. Did go to the gym a few times but obviously calorie intake outweighed energy expended. When you have no control of the ingredients used in creating menus it is very difficult to stick to a diet. I did only eat half portions so heavens knows what the weight increase would have been if I'd eaten everything placed before me. As I said back to reality and back to my healthy eating programme. About 12 weeks before my next holiday and I am confident that I will lose the weight gained.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
