Well.. Shit 🤷🏽‍♀️ no excuses, completely gave up for a month or so. But back on it tomorrow, done the healthy shop, got the menu planner back out and finally in the right mind frame. Fingers crossed again
433.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 133.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.3 lb a week
