My weakness is when I get a sweet tooth. It does not happen often, but it happened on the 10th. What can I do to satisfy it without eating everything in the house?
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My fix is usually some sort of chocolate cereal - Cocoa Puffs, Special K Chocolate, Chocolate Cheerios... A bowl w/milk is typically about 150-200 calories depending on the cereal. Way better for you [and more filling] than cookies.
