No chang in weight or body fat %. Still not totally on eating plan but getting better. Diet seems to have less effect on weight and more on energy levels and endurance right now. Getting back to a regular sleep schedule should also help.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
