The diet is still “All Natural and Raw vegetables”. · No sugar · No dairies · No cereals (anything from grains) · Only olive and coconut oil to cook · I stopped taking spirulina because it tastes horrible and gave me nausea I practically eat vegetables, fruits and protein (mainly fish). At night I drink almond milk or coconut milk with oatmeal and amaranth or a salad.
