This week has really been hard. I've been really Depressed and unmotivated
338.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 163.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 March 2009:
2230 kcal Fat: 91.12g | Prot: 57.54g | Carb: 296.88g.   Breakfast: Lorna Doone Shortbread Cookie Crisps 100 Calorie Pack, coffee, french vanilla creamer, sugar. Lunch: Soft Batch Cookies Chocoloate Chip, cheese nips, country time, Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar. Dinner: sour cream, spanish rice, green salsa, Enchilada with Chicken and Cheese in Tomato- Based Sauce. Snacks/Other: Fiber Now Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bar. more...

I know how you feel. I have been going through the same thing for months. 2 weeks ago I decided to get out of the house. I went to stay with a friend and somehow it motivated me. I have been back in full force. I could not wait to get home and get organized. It was like I was able to see what I was doing to myself when I walked on a different road a couple of days. Take a day trip. Do something out of the ordinary. YOU ARE WORTH IT. DONT STOP NOW YOU ARE REALLY CLOSE

Depressed and Unmotivated? I hear that! These last 2 years have been a horror show for me so I completely understand. I am made a few buddies on here and I find that they give me the encouragement and support that I have needed.If you would like some more buddies let me know.You can never have too much encouragement!
