It’s 15 days into the new year and so far I’ve been keeping up with the healthy habits that I’ve set for myself, specifically cutting down on wine, watching my food intake and doing at least 30 minutes of some sort of exercise daily. Yesterday was stressful and I would typically pour myself a big one, but instead, I took a bootcamp class.
126.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
