Not bad at all! Was a little concerned, because I gained over the weekend and didn't re-hit last weight until Wednesday. Pretty impressive what the body can do.
389.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
