Felt a bit more in control this week, and even "earned" my mother's day lunch by going for a 2km hike alternately carrying baby and piggy backing the 3year old. It actually felt good to be stiff the next day! :)
My friend and I have decided to do yoga together at her house every week, so I'm really getting into the whole exercise frame of mind. It's also marvelously relaxing to just get away from things for a few hours.
222.7 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
