YAY! It's Week 2 of my new healthy lifestyle and I am down another 2.6 lbs. That means I have lost 7.4 lbs in two weeks! So even with my splurge at dinner last night, I still did well. Feeling good!!!
158.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 January 2011:
1343 kcal Fat: 51.97g | Prot: 70.03g | Carb: 154.66g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Creamer (Coffee-Mate). Lunch: kippers, Town House Original Light Buttery Crackers. Dinner: Onions,  red hot sauce, gravy, sweet potato, potato, roast beef, harvard beets. Snacks/Other: Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut Chocolates, Diet Hot Chocolate, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Pineapple, Oranges. more...
