I did not lose any weight this week, however I did lose an inch in my waist and hips...WOOHOOO, will monitor my eating more closely this week now that I have a pretty good handle on how to use this site
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
