I am rather not going to say anything... It's been a long hard couple of months and somewhere along the way I gave up...

But starting to day it is reboot and take on this weight!

2021 a year of change!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
