Started a fast 9 hours ago. 51 hours to go.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.1 lb a week

Why are you doing such a looooooong fast? Does this require medical monitoring of any kind? 18 hours is enough to start converting fat into glycogen - follow an 18 hour fast with moderate exercise and some good quality protein and you’ll burn heaps of calories.

No medical supervision required. I've done my research and it's not my first 60 hour fast.
