This morning I was down in weight again...but then we spent the day at a family reunion potluck. Followed by trip back home and not good choices along the way... Had my first Mountain Dew since I started this journey 6 months ago. Tasted too sweet...but I needed the caffiene to drive because of the bad food choices at the reunion.

Fully expecting a gain tomorrow.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

It happens to the best of us. Being aware of having made poor choices shows how much you're learning and changing your 'norm' as far as meal and beverage choices. You'll be back on track in no time!

Reunions they are out to get ya every time, hang in there you will be OK and get on track.

I find that I am back to not liking the taste of Mountain Dew. I ended up lecturing my nephew at the reunion because he was finishing off a two liter bottle of pop by himself. I told him that it contained close to 1200 calories which is a woman's daily allowance of calories. Maybe a little bit soaked in to his 14 year old brain. I told him to drink water instead.
