Oh, the ups and downs of weight. I think yesterday was very salty. We will see what tomorrow brings. I am planning to look for the long tern losses and be calm about the short term ups and downs.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
