I have a busy couple of days in front of me. I have worked out 3 days since the new year, and have cut some of the things that are counterproductive to me getting back in shape, out.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
