Well today is the first day of my new life change. I am excited about it and scared all in one. All I can do is take each day, hour, minute, second at a time.

I am not hungry at all this morning. My stomach is upset and I have really bad heart burn. What a way to start the day!
392.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 257.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
