Feeling happy that I’m keeping up with my healthy habits. Considering upping calorie intake as I’ve noticed that my stamina has decreased when doing HIIT, particularly during the cardio segments.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
