Fats have increased therefore so has my body fat.
Although higher fats have been beneficial in regards to gaining muscle and I find when I’m lifting heavier weights and more of them per week they are a go to.
Increasing protein intake as of now.
Bodies very sore! This will speed up recovery time
Weight training five days a week. Legs 3 times a week.
141.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
