After my 70.3 Ironman on september 22nd, I stopped training for a week, was bloated on my stomach and retaining water on my legs.
The following 2 weeks I ate too many carbs (ice, cream, nutella, pancakes,etc.) and trained only 3 times a week on a low level, which made me go back to 54 kilos.
This week I started a strict "all natural" regime, aiming to lose weight, being super nourished on minerals and vitamins, and kill some fungus called Helicobacter pylori and another one called Candida. They seem to live on an acid ambiance which is caused by refined sugars, wheat and dairies, so with food habits that keep my stomach alkaline (7.2ph) it should die. I´m also adding spirulina and some natural extracts with my breakfast.

I´m going on a whole new level of healthy food for 20 or 30 days until I get rid of the fungus. After that I´ll follow it as a healthy base but add normal food every now and then because I don´t think it´s practical if your stomach forgets how to digest normal food. Sometimes, that´s all you´ll be able to get.
116.2 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
