Damn.. after a weekend of indulgence in Dallas (go Bronco's!!), I'm up another pound. VERY disciplined week so far.. I WILL get down to 211 this time next week!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
