One year ago today I decided to get serious about my health and I’m happy to say that I’m 121.4 pounds lighter! Not to mention, my surgery recovery is going amazingly well!! Today I am 8 dpo!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 109.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
